Civil Litigation

Arbitration is a method that entails a qualified arbitrator hearing the issues at hand and rendering a binding decision. Mediation utilizes a neutral third person to help the parties reach a solution together.
Political Consultancy
Our office also specializes in managing political campaigns. We have a proven track record of success, including a recent cycle in which we were able to take control of a State Senate seat by electing a candidate to replace the senator who had served in that seat for over 30 years. The election resulted in a second special election for the State House, and the candidate was successful in the second race as well.
We work closely with federal, state, and local candidates in preparation for upcoming election cycles. Typically our services range from candidate identification and recruitment to announcement, media buys, planning, election day activities, and GOTV (Get Out The Vote).
